Amelia trains out of her fully equipped home gym, travels to you, or trains out of a privately owned studio gym in highlands ranch.
As an added perk/amenity to her clients, Amelia’s home gym offers an opportunity for clients to bring their children if needed: there is a separate bedroom/playroom next to her home gym for children to play with toys, read books, occupy themselves on tablets, etc, while still being close enough for her clients to monitor them and for the children to feel comfortable and safe. Water, protein powder, pre-workout, healthy snacks, and Gatorade are all provided to all in-home clients and children.
Amelia offers 7 days a week of training, Monday through Sunday.
